Founder
Andrew has specialised in mainline construction for more than 20 years giving him first hand experience in the design, funding and delivery of complex multi faceted projects in a variety of sectors. Following roles at top tier contractors, Andrew keeps up to date with key policies, legislation, and codes of practice within the industry and brings our technical and design partners together to deliver value to our projects.
Rufus Salter
Founder
Rufus holds an MBA and a RICS Diploma in Project Management and has been active in the property and renewables industry for over ten years through partnerships he formed with Bregal Capital, Peel Energy and IB Vogt amongst others. With proven real estate expertise, commercial awareness and business management skills garnered from working for 20 years in property development alongside his renewable energy experience. Rufus took the decision to focus solely on renewable energy and battery storage when he formed Firma Energy earlier in 2021
